Choose how long you want to scroll. When time's up, the page melts, shreds, clouds over or gets mopped away, and you decide: take a break, or keep going.
Anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 minutes of scrolling, and how long a break should be.
Only time spent actually scrolling counts. Reading a post or watching a video doesn't use it up.
Your interrupter plays and asks: take a break, or keep scrolling once the break would have ended?
The feeds that are hardest to put down. More are added without you having to update anything.
Enough Internet never looks at what you read, watch or type, and never records page addresses.
